Logistics Operations Coordinator

Logistics CoordinatorAssist in coordinating and providing problem-solving and order management for customers.Assist in coordination of export/import shipments.Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments.Track and trace all shipments.Update and maintain Transportation Management System(s) – SAP.Prepare and publish daily, weekly reports.Obtain data to assist in analysis on performance trends.Proactively identify problems to management.Answer and resolve basic billing questions when needed.Prepare client invoice packetsConfirm rates with carriers.Tracking and inventory of vendor totes.Coordination of tote inventory.Tote storage.Tracking repack of material into tote inventory.Oversee and support repack and split area.Update excel spreadsheets with inventory information.Track team work progress using Microsoft Office tools.Access vendor site to obtain tote shipment requirements.High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.6 months – 1 year warehouse or logistics experience, preferred.Communication and customer service skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work as part of a team and individually.Our Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
