Start: 1 - 2 weeks frrom date of offerLocation: Bloomington, MNLength of Contract: 6 monthsHourly Pay: 25-28 p/hr on W2 Hours: 20-32 per week for the first week or two and then 40 hours per week for the duration.*Ideally looking for someone that is flexible on working hours - ability to work nights from time to time would be ideal.● Cisco experience is preferred, but no certification is required/Preferred not too have Cisco - learning but on point● Unbox equipment/connect/disconnect/rebox/Basic troubleshooting● While a degree is preferred, it is not a requirement for these roles.The purpose of the IT Lifecycle Services (ITLS) is to work alongside, and under the guidance of, the Lead Configuration Technician in order to support all ITLS configuration depot needs as well as provide field related support on projects. Essential Functions Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management Unboxes and re-boxes configuration orders Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts Provides onsite field support as needed for projects at customer location

Responsibilities

This position will be a mix of work between the professional and managed services departments. You will be supporting both the internal systems @ corporate headquarters in Bloomington as well as potentially one of our customers - a hospital system - that is local to the area.

Primary Duties:

Switch Configuration - Cisco preferred but not required

Boxing / unboxing / reboxing

Connect / disconnect

Professional communication 

*Flexible Schedule or a fixed schedule based off of needs*
