Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.Responsibilities:Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retentionMeeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsulting customers in a professional, upbeat mannerProactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customersIncreasing customer traffic through local store marketingMaintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accountsMaintaining a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal trackingQualifications:High school diploma, or equivalentCustomer service experienceTwo or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceReliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekendsFriendly competitive drive to meet sales goalsProven customer service experiencePolished professional appearanceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and organizationAbility to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per dayFull time positions with Palm Beach Tan offer a benefits package that includes medical coverage, paid time off, product discounts, and free tanning services.
