This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and is looking for long-term stability with a collaborative team.Why this Opportunity:Join a well-established, growing organization with a strong presence in the Houston marketBe part of a stable and expanding company with a nationwide footprintCollaborative team environment with a mix of in-office and remote professionalsKey Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:Manage a high-volume collections portfolio (approximately 800 accounts)Handle accounts ranging from low balance to high-value (up to $100K)Oversee a portfolio totaling approximately $2.5M–$6MPerform consistent follow-up on outstanding balances via phone and emailMaintain detailed records of collection activity and account statusUtilize Excel (pivot tables required) to track, analyze, and report on collections dataQualifications of the Collections Specialist:Strong experience in high-volume B2B collectionsProven ability to manage a large and complex accounts portfolioExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tablesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamIf you have strong collections experience and are comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio, we’d love to connect with you.
