Job Title: Assembler Job Description

The Production Team Member will be actively engaged on the shop floor, contributing to one of three departments. Employees will receive cross-training to ensure versatility and may be required to assist in various departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble computer rack systems using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and air guns to customize server racks that range in size from 3ft to 7ft.

• Load manufactured parts onto the paint line, ensuring safe handling through 'Team Lift' for larger items, and subsequently unload finished parts for the assembly department.

• Prepare materials in the production department by grinding and deburring metals, organizing finished parts for assembly, and performing basic warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome if they are eager to learn and have some exposure to using hand tools and power tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
