Trabajar cerca de equipos extremadamente calientes y manipular sartenes calientes mientras usa guantes para hornear. Levantar y girar repetidamente el cuerpo mientras se deslizan las bandejas para hornear dentro y fuera de la cámara de fermentación y el horno de panadería. De pie durante un turno programado. Agacharse, estirarse y arrodillarse para alcanzar determinados productos o limpiar determinadas zonas del restaurante. Cumplir con estrictas normas de seguridad y saneamiento. Presentarse a trabajar a tiempo para cada turno programado. Llegar y salir del trabajo cumpliendo con todos los estándares de uniforme y arreglo personal.
