Administrative Assistant We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Atlanta location. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient, smooth operations and provide excellent support to staff, management, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and office visitors. Maintain office schedules, calendars, and meeting appointments. Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records. Support HR or accounting teams with basic administrative tasks (e.g., onboarding paperwork, invoice processing). Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event support when needed. Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 13 years of administrative or office support experience (preferred but not required). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented demeanor.
