Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your role will focus on delivering comprehensive speech-language pathology services within school settings, allowing you to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to help students achieve better communication and academic outcomes.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Provide both direct and indirect therapy services in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate findings with parents and staff
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and adjust strategies based on student needs
• Engage in IEP meetings as needed, focused only on speech services
