Heavy Equipment Cleaning Technician and Yard Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a heavy equipment yard coordinator. The yard coordinator is responsible for overseeing all activities within our company’s yard and storage facility. You will be responsible for coordinating and working with Salesmen, Shop Manager, and technicians to support operational efficiency.

• Maintain all equipment, this will include washing, cleaning and fueling machines.
• Coordinating movement of materials and equipment in the yard so that the yard remains functional, clean and organized.
• Perform general maintenance task.
Skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with all departments within the company to ensure quality and continued customer service for the organization.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license (Not required but a plus)
• Safety and Compliance of all heavy equipment usage
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• This role is performed outdoors sometimes exposing you to varying weather conditions and does require walking and standing for several hours.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
