Job Title: Forklift Driver/General Production Associate
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour
Shifts Available: All Shifts
Responsibilities:
- Navigate and find materials efficiently.
- Process products according to work orders.
- Scan and follow work orders with attention to detail.
- Stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Operate a tow buggy or forklift to move materials.
- Be willing to perform additional job duties as required.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decision-making and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of forklift driving experience - Preferred
- A strong work ethic and dedication to quality performance.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members.
- Consistent work attendance and reliability.
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- 1-2 years of continuous work history in a similar role.
