Position: IT Infrastructure Administrator
Location: Lenexa, KS - onsite
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base + bonus + full benefits

What You’ll Do
• Serve as a key escalated support resource for onsite and remote users
• Manage and support core infrastructure (servers, networks, switches, routers)
• Administer Windows environments, users, and access
• Support Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions
• Partner on network upgrades, implementations, and modernization initiatives
• Train users and enhance adoption of collaboration tools
What You Bring
• 3–5 years of IT support or system administration experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment expertise
• Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting both PC and Mac environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google) is a plus
• PowerShell or automation experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
