Job Description Yard Helper Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Yard Helper for a brick and stone distribution facility. Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Overtime available Yard Helper Duties and Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely to move brick, stone, and building materials throughout the yard. Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled properly and efficiently. Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly yard environment. Assist with staging materials and supporting daily yard operations. Work indoors and outdoors as needed to meet operational demands. Yard Helper Qualifications and Requirements 1–2 years of forklift experience required. Previous experience working in a yard environment with brick, stone, lumber, or building materials preferred. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Stable work history and dependable attendance required. No felony convictions within the last 7 years. Job Type Full-time, temporary Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours We are also offering a $50.00 referral bonus.
