Leesel Transportation Corp. The Fleet Yard Helper primary responsibilities include Ensure Mini School buses leave the year in a prearranged pattern. Earlier routes to exit first, then consequently. The yard worker should be responsible for maintaining the organization of the yard. Willingness to adapt to changes as we are going towards a better structure path. Ensure Bus keys are sorted and safely kept. (Buses parked outside, keys must remain at Dispatch when buses are not in use). Must wear uniform, and identifiable gear. (Reflective vest, Steel toe shoe,). This individual must always maintain proper communication & professionalism in the yard and outside the yard as he/she will always interact with bus drivers/attendants. Will work closely with the Fleet & the Shop. Qualifications High school diploma.
