What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient Otolaryngology services at a busy facility.
• Manage patient consultations, surgical follow-ups, and care coordination.
• Respond to call duties Friday through Sunday, with responsibilities including triaging and managing assigned/unassigned patients.
• Document patient encounters using Athena and Cerner EMRs.
• Collaborate with in-office support staff including RNs, MAs, PAs, and other clinical personnel.
• Support admissions, rounding, and acute patient management as needed.

What You Need

• Active California medical license (or eligible via IMLC, not preferred)
• Board Certified in Otolaryngology; fellowship preferred
• Minimum of 50 recent case logs (within past 24 months)
• Current certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Ability to work full stretch of scheduled dates; committed to excellent patient care
• Familiarity with Athena or Cerner EMR systems

About the Assignment

This assignment is based at a well-equipped facility with 209 beds, fully certified stroke program, and trauma level unspecified. The provider will work across both outpatient and inpatient settings, engaging in rounding and admissions as needed.
