Duly Health and Care in Elk Grove Village is seeking an OB/GYN who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights

• 1:2 OB Call Schedule 
\n
• 2 Nurse Practitioners
\n
• Deliveries and surgeries at Sherman Hospital and St. Alexius Hospital.
\n
• Access to outpatient surgical center and in-office procedures
\n
• Level III NICU with MFM and in house anesthesia
\n
• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across obstetrics and gynecology and more than 1,000 Duly providers

Compensation & Benefits

\n

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $350,000 - $500,000.
