Junior Business Development Manager (Princeton)

We are hiring a Junior Business Development Manager (2 years of experience) to help drive the growth of a business and IT consulting firm serving leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and life sciences companies across the United States. The preferred start date is as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Princeton, New Jersey.

Compensation includes:

• Annual base salary of $70,000–$80,000 +
• Additional $7,000 PMO bonus +
• 3% variable compensation on revenue above 40%

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
• Build a portfolio of clients and prospects in the United States.
• Secure meetings with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities among healthcare and life sciences.
• Understand clients’ needs in innovation, business strategy, and market development.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ innovation, business strategy, and market development needs.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals with project teams.
• Present and negotiate consulting proposals.
• Act as the interface between clients and consulting teams.
• Monitor sold engagements.
• Contribute to client satisfaction.
• Develop existing accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth in the U.S. market.

Required Qualifications

• Completed university studies.
• Junior profile (2 years of experience) in business development, consulting, or B2B services sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
