Also weekdays from 2-3pm Likes: Her family, iPad, videos, she likes to play independently, work, draw, art and bubbles. She likes the freedom to explore her world. She likes badminton and vocally singing to herself. Needs: She needs help increasing her independence in the community with 2:1 support. Help with behavior redirection, encouragement for movement and exercise and help attending her activities such as art class. Help using her AACdevice, hygiene, toileting routines and basic household tasks. Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of caregiving or related experience Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation Smartphone required Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements. CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain) Pay & Benefits $24.00/hour Flexible schedule Health & dental insurance No-cost health plan (15+ hrs/week), including:
