The Boys & Girls Club of Wausau seeks a Youth Development Specialist to help shape the lives of local youth. You will plan and supervise activities that align with our mission, and work directly with children and teens to promote learning, growth, and positive relationships. You will foster a safe, welcoming environment, serve as a role model, and collaborate with teammates to create innovative programs.
