Job Description:
As a Dietary Aide at The Meadows Center for Nursing and Healing , you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents through the preparation and service of nutritious meals. Your key responsibilities include:
Meal Preparation: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following specific dietary guidelines and patient needs.
Food Service: Serve meals safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality service.
Inventory Management: Keep track of kitchen supplies and food inventory, ensuring everything is stocked and organized.
Facility Support: Help maintain clean and organized dining areas, contribute to kitchen upkeep, and ensure a hygienic environment.
Nutrition Education: Assist in nutrition-focused educational programs to improve patient health and well-being.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or dietary roles is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and service to our patients.
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
