(get your steps in ya'll!) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively - getting your workout on). Proficient in English. What would your responsibilities be? Provide a fun and positive work environment for your team. Training and developing team members. Living the Good Times values of Hospitality, Respect, Integrity, and Entrepreneurship. Upholding safety and sanitation standards Daily Cash Handling Providing an exceptional guest experience! A Shift Manager is someone who leads by example. Someone that feels comfortable learning the Good Times way and teaching others how to do the same.
