Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Burlington, Vermont. This role involves supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success through assessment, intervention, consultation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Position Details:

Location: Burlington, VT
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Setting: Onsite only
Caseload: School-based caseload (details discussed during interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Support eligibility determination and IEP development
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed
Provide consultation and collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
Participate in multidisciplinary and special education meetings
Support students’ social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Qualifications:

Active Vermont School Psychologist licensure/certification required
School-based experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
