These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans. Minimum Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T.
