Reporting to an experienced ASC Administrator and partnering closely with the Medical Director and nursing leadership, the Surgery Center Nurse Director leads perioperative services end-to-end (pre-op, intra-op, and PACU), while the ASCRN Director drives staffing models, scheduling, supply chain optimization, accreditation readiness (AAAHC/Joint Commission), infection prevention, quality outcomes, and block utilization, all while nurturing friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team where surgeons, anesthesiology, SPD, materials management, and perioperative educators collaborate seamlessly.
