Role Summary As a Lead Generator, you help keep our HVAC sales pipeline moving by creating a professional first point of contact and securing permission for follow-up. The purpose of this role is to maintain a steady flow of qualified inquiries through clear conversation, thoughtful listening, and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Include Greet the public and introduce Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort services in a clear, friendly manner Ask a few basic questions and gather customer contact details for next-step outreach Record complete, accurate lead information and notes in a mobile app Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and attention to safety Required Qualifications/skills Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking with anyone who walks by Customer-first mindset; basic sales or customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized A Typical Shift You’ll drive your own vehicle to the assigned location, get situated, and review any quick updates before you begin. Once you’re set, the day is spent staying visible and approachable, moving between brief greetings and longer conversations when someone wants to learn more. Between interactions, you’ll use your phone to enter contact details and short notes, then take a moment to confirm everything is accurate before continuing. You’ll generally work on your own, so steady pacing and self-direction are important.
