Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Nashville, TN $20.00 – $26.00 per hour Real Estate About the Opportunity – Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support financial operations within a fast-paced real estate environment. This role is responsible for managing receivables, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Process and post tenant, customer, and client payments accurately and timely Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account questions Prepare invoices, account statements, and collection correspondence as needed Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Collaborate with property management, accounting, and operations teams to ensure efficient cash flow management Assist with month‑end closing activities and reporting requirements Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Qualifications – Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience required Experience within the real estate, property management, commercial real estate, or related industry preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or similar real estate accounting platforms is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
