Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to provide effective treatment for individuals and families dealing with diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized discharge plans aimed at achieving client progress.

• Facilitate a range of therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the established treatment plan and client progress.

• Draft initial treatment plans based on assessments and regularly update these plans as the client’s needs evolve.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of therapy services consistent with facility and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and appropriate adjustments to treatment as necessary.
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize client care.
\n
• Exhibit professionalism and empathy in interactions with clients, addressing concerns promptly to enhance client satisfaction and safety.

• Adapt services delivery as necessary, which may include both outpatient and potential inpatient scenarios based on client needs.

• Perform additional tasks as directed to support team goals and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will engage with clients facing diverse challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess or be eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider in Texas, specifically holding either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults) so as to inform a diverse therapeutic approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health setting is preferred, particularly in remote therapy delivery.

• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused therapy is highly desirable.
