Executive Sous Chef

We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team that creates our dynamic dining experiences! Quechan Casino Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Sous Chef to help lead our high-volume, high-energy kitchen operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of progressive culinary experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role, preferably as a Sous Chef. A formal culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary experience is required, along with a strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and industry best practices. Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to train, mentor, and develop team members. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional quality and operational standards.
