We are actively hiring an experienced Used Car Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will bring strong automotive management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing people while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Experience with used vehicle acquisition, appraisals, inventory merchandising, pricing strategies, and maximizing inventory turn is highly preferred.

As the Used Car Sales Manager , you will play a key role in overseeing aspects of the used vehicles, including inventory acquisition, appraisals, merchandising, pricing, sales performance, and profitability. You will work closely with the sales team to coach and develop employees, drive department performance, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional buying experience. Your leadership will be instrumental in continuing the growth and success of one of our premier dealerships.

• Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential
• Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group
• Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time
• Commit to grow professionally and personally
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
• Manage an effective inventory turn for both new and used vehicles
• Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
• Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
• Maintaining customer experience scores
