Multifamily Project Manager

Lead 220-unit podium project with strong bonus upsideHybrid flexibility: Charlotte-based with limited site travelJob DescriptionManage or support project execution from preconstruction through closeoutOversee subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and documentationCollaborate closely with Sr PM, field teams, and stakeholdersHandle RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking responsibilitiesMaintain communication across office and jobsite teamsSupport delivery of large-scale multifamily podium constructionParticipate in jobsite visits weekly (2x/week if Charlotte-based)MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
