Requirements
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
- Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Required, if operating fluoroscopy equipment
- Venipuncture certification: Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce images for diagnosing medical conditions.
- Performs a variety of imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients ranging from adolescence through geriatric.
- Maintains accurate records, files, and billing information.
- Ensures the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to confidentiality guidelines and regulations.
- Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
