Provides professional nursing care utilizing all elements of nursing process.* $5,000 sign on bonus *What You'll Do:Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and EvaluationDevelop nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessaryCommunicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriateDocuments assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policyAdministers IV medications and treatmentsWork cooperatively with other members of the facility interdisciplinary teamSupervise patient care provided by Licensed Vocational Nurses and Certified Nursing AssistantsPerforms other duties as assignedSchedule: AM, PM, and NOC shifts/rotations availableWhat You'll Bring:Current RN license in the state of CAMaintain current CPR certificationPrevious experience supervising LVN's and CNA'sDemonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communicationAbility to work with minimal supervision
