8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with potential to work up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience is preferred. New Graduates are welcome to apply. The role requires an active Physical Therapist license.
