We are a dedicated legal practice based in Plantation, Florida, specializing in foreclosure defense and legal solutions for homeowners. We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team and help us connect with property owners who need our assistance.
Job Overview
We are seeking an Outbound Telemarketer to make outbound calls to potential clients. In this role, you will initiate contact with homeowners facing potential foreclosure, introduce our legal services, and set appointments for our lead legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a dialing system to make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to introduce our legal services.
- Qualify leads by asking preliminary questions about their current property and situation.
- Schedule consultation appointments for prospective clients with our legal team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead statuses, and contact notes in our CRM database.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience with phone sales, telemarketing, call centers, or customer service preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High energy, resilient attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using phone dialing systems.
