Job Summary As a Registered Nurse IV Therapy Program Manager at Axiom Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IV Therapy Program. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest level of patient care, exceptional outcomes, and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the IV Therapy Program, including staff scheduling, patient scheduling, and program development and implementation Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for the IV Therapy Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, including evaluating patient outcomes and identifying areas for improvement Lead and mentor IV Therapy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility Requirements Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of IV Therapy procedures and protocols Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities How to Apply If you are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for patient care and leadership, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
