Training Specialist

To support large-scale training and change initiatives in the public health domain, the full-time remote Training Specialist will drive organizational readiness, modernize learning experiences, and ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies through curriculum design and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Analyze proposed changes and develop comprehensive learning solutions to support rollout and long-term adoption Build scalable training programs tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and measurable effectiveness Collaborate with technologists, systems experts, and program leadership to assess workflows and identify training needs Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in developing and managing learning curricula and training initiatives Experience delivering large-scale training in various modalities, including microlearning and in-person facilitation Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead mentoring efforts Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with authoring tools like Adobe Creative Cloud Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
