Business Systems AnalysisLeads Agile execution for the FMBT Interface team, facilitating sprint ceremonies, backlog coordination, delivery reporting, and impediment resolution. Coordinates closely with Government Product Owners, technical leads, developers, testers, and project leadership to support interface analysis, development, system testing, documentation, and release readiness.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master on software development or systems integration programsExperience facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Agile metrics reportingExperience supporting SAFe-based delivery, cross-team dependency management, and stakeholder coordinationExperience tracking risks, issues, action items, sprint progress, and delivery commitments in Government-approved toolsAbility to obtain and maintain VA accessExperience working in Agile/SAFe environmentsExperience supporting Federal IT programs preferredExperience supporting enterprise application implementations preferredExperience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholdersThe annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00.
