This position pays $28.00-$31.00 per hour. You'll recruit talented individuals, guide new hires through onboarding, coordinate hiring requirements, and help employees feel welcomed from day one. You will support managers and team members with everyday HR needs, maintain important policies and documentation, keep the employee handbook up to date, and help ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
