Job Details Business Litigation Associate – Miami, FL. Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 per year. Schedule: On-site. Base salary negotiable based on experience. Billable hour requirement: 1,850 hours per year. Three+ years of experience required. Responsibilities The Associate will work closely with partners representing a wide variety of clients, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and Fortune 500 companies in diverse and complex business disputes. The Associate will draft pleadings and motions, handle depositions, and attend hearings. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business litigation law. Excellent researcher and persuasive writer.
