Registered Nurse (RN) and RN Supervisor

Evening, Night, Weekend, and 12-Hour Supervisor Positions Available

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Employment
Evening, Night, and Weekend Shift Differentials Available

Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurses and RN Supervisors to join our growing clinical team.

For more than 50 years, Valley Manor has proudly served the local community by providing high-quality post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services. Our nursing staff works closely with Therapy, Social Services, Activities, and Nutritional Services to meet the individual needs of every resident.

• Evening Shift Registered Nurse

• Night Shift Registered Nurse

• Day Supervisor: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Night Supervisor: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

• Weekend Supervisor

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans

• Assess and monitor residents’ conditions and report significant changes

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and all applicable state and federal regulations

• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

• Current and active Registered Nurse license in the state

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Previous supervisory experience preferred for RN Supervisor positions

• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team
