Corporate & M&A Partner West Haven, CT, US Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $190,000 - $350,000 per year The firm is seeking a Corporate & M&A Partner with experience advising companies, business owners, and investors throughout the business lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will enjoy building long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted business advisor, and continuing to grow a sophisticated transactional practice.
