Grants Program Manager

The City of St. Cloud is seeking a strategic and driven Grants Program Manager to lead and oversee the City's grants management program. This role is responsible for securing and managing federal and state funding that supports infrastructure, community development, and essential public services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the City's grants management program and compliance
• Administer the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program
• Prepare competitive grant applications and required reporting
• Collaborate with City departments, leadership, and community partners
• Support strategic funding initiatives aligned with City priorities
