Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
Full-Time | Home Every Night | No Weekends

Are you an experienced CDL driver looking to come off the road and enjoy a stable, local schedule? We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing commercial truck repair service center.

This is an office-based position ideal for a professional driver who understands the trucking industry and wants to stay close to home while continuing to support customers and drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate repair appointments and communicate service updates.
• Prepare work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with technicians and parts personnel to ensure timely repairs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help keep fleet customers informed.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license required.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and fleet operations is a plus.
• Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
