Company: Multi-Regional Roofing Company serving WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL, providing full-service residential roofing and restoration.
Position: Roof Inspection Sales Representative
You'll receive company-provided leads and generate additional opportunities by canvassing neighborhoods with older homes or recent storm damage. Your job is to meet with homeowners, conduct free roof inspections, explain your findings, and sell appropriate roofing services. This is a field-based position requiring you to drive between appointments, speak with homeowners, climb ladders, inspect roofs, and follow up on potential sales.
What You Need
● Previous roofing sales experience is required.
● Ability to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections.
● Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and approaching homeowners.
● Ability to explain roofing problems and discuss repair or replacement options.
● Driven, dependable, and serious about building a career in roofing sales.
● Must have a reliable car or truck.
What You'll Do
● Meet with homeowners through company-provided leads.
● Canvass neighborhoods to identify additional roofing opportunities.
● Identify homes with aging roofs or signs of storm damage.
● Conduct free roof inspections and document visible damage.
● Explain inspection findings and recommend suitable roofing services.
● Complete sales paperwork and follow up with homeowners.
Compensation:
● Earn $100K - $250K
