To establish a Revenue Enablement function, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement will define strategy, manage onboarding and training programs, and lead cross-functional partnerships to drive measurable revenue outcomes. Key responsibilities Define and own a multi-year Revenue Enablement strategy, including the operating model and success measures Manage structured onboarding for Revenue roles and develop role-specific training content and resources Serve as a strategic connector among Sales, Marketing, and other departments to align enablement priorities with business goals Required qualifications Ten or more years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related function At least five years of experience leading teams or programs within an enablement function Proven ability to influence leaders across multiple departments Strong instructional-design capabilities with experience developing structured onboarding programs Fluency with modern revenue technology stacks and active experience using AI tools
