Legal Assistant

Elite Sourcing is working with a full-service personal injury law firm in Costa Mesa, CA seeking an experienced legal assistant to join their team. Responsibilities: Communicate with medical providers, and schedule medical appointments Compile and review medical records Conduct weekly phone calls with clients, and monitor clients' medical treatments Communicate with insurance companies, obtain medical records, and data entry Maintain clients’ records by reviewing case notes, and monitoring progress Data entry, help prepare demand packages, assist with property damage insurance claims Manage open claims and send letters of representation Comply with HIPAA regulations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 2+ years of Personal Injury Law experience is highly preferred Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is required Ability to work in large teams and be computer savvy. Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, digital e-filing Excellent time management, communicational, organizational, and analytical skills Experienced working in a paperless environment Must be able to type at least 40 wpm Salary/Benefits:
