Fundraising Event Coordinator - $23-$26/hr - Arlington, VA

Our client, a national nonprofit organization is seeking a Fundraising Event Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia. About The Job: Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and community outreach initiatives Recruit, engage, and support volunteers, sponsors, participants, and community partners to achieve fundraising goals Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and relationship-building efforts to increase event participation and revenue Assist with event logistics, materials, supplies, and onsite event coordination Help drive participant engagement while supporting fundraising and stewardship activities About You: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in fundraising, volunteer management, community outreach, sales, or relationship building Experience recruiting and motivating volunteers, sponsors, or community partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with fundraising databases preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the territory Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and lift up to 25 lbs. About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! $23-$26/hr Temporary assignment through mid-October 2026 Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (5 days onsite during event week) 37.5-hour work week with overtime potential Metro accessible!
