What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, person‑centered support to individuals in a residential setting Lead, mentor, and train DSPs, Leads, and volunteers Assist with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations Ensure all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time Delegate tasks and maintain smooth operations during your shift Support residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals Maintain documentation and uphold agency policies Promote a safe, supportive, and home‑like environment What You Bring 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field 1+ year of leadership experience Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) + proof of insurance Willingness to drive agency vehicles Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment CPR/First Aid (provided upon hire) Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive pay + shift differential Consistent full‑time schedule (three 12‑hour shifts) Employer‑paid short‑ & long‑term disability and life insurance Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition assistance Eligible employer for student loan forgiveness (nonprofit) Grow Your Career.
