Overview
Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab (Cardiac Catheterization Lab) in Rochester, NY. Start date July 6, 2026 for a travel assignment lasting Weeks. Weekly pay range: $3,066–$3,144 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 4x10-hour shifts (M–F 07:00–17:30) with on-call responsibilities in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide scrub and circulator support for diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures, including left and right heart catheterization, PCI/PTCA, and stent placement.
- Assist with device implant/closure, IABP placement/removal, and rotablator atherectomy as required; maintain sterile field and participate in room turnover.
- Manage intra-procedural monitoring, equipment setup, and coordination with the interventional team to ensure patient safety.
- Chart and document procedures in the electronic medical record (EPIC experience mandatory); assist with data collection and post-procedure reporting.
- Participate in on-call coverage and float to related cath lab services as needed; respond to emergencies and urgent cases as assigned.
- Demonstrate proficiency in recognizing dysrhythmias and life-threatening events; support team in rapid response scenarios.

Requirements
- NY license in hand to submit
- ARRT (R) certification required; RCIS acceptable if ARRT not available
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant cath lab experience
- EPIC charting experience is mandatory
- Ability to scrub and circulate; maintain sterile technique; capable of floating and on-call duties
- Location requirement: candidates must be located more than 75 miles from the facility; ability to travel for the assignment
- RTO restriction: cannot submit candidates with more than 10 days of requested time off
