• Opportunity Identification: Identify commercial mechanical opportunities across the Birmingham region
• Project Origination: Originate and qualify projects through market insight and industry connections
• Team Connection: Connect opportunities with internal estimating and operations teams
• Strategy Support: Support pursuit strategy and market expansion
• Company Representation: Represent the company with credibility, professionalism, and market presence

Candidate Profile

• Professional Background: Business development professionals in mechanical or commercial construction
• Project Management: Project managers or senior project managers with strong industry networks
• Estimating Experience: Estimators with market influence and relationship-driven instincts
• Industry Influence: Mechanical industry professionals known as connectors, influencers, or market leaders
