Client Services Specialist, $24-26/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution

  Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  
  



• 
  Coordinate onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  
  



• 
  Manage client accounts, including tracking activity, updates, and follow-ups
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, project teams) to meet client needs
  
  



• 
  Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling
  
  



• 
  Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases
  
  



• 
  Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
  
  



• 
  2-4 years of experience in client services, customer service, or account management
  
  



• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  



• 
  Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  
  



• 
  Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  
  



• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  
  



• 
  Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
